The trip was great!! We had VIP service and great pictures taken of us. There were maybe 25 people total on the catamaran. Better than sharing with a huge group of people on the cruise ship. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Our trip to Stingray City on the catamaran was great. It was exactly as described. We chose to book through you instead of the ship's excursion and we were so glad we did. The ship excursion boats were also there. There had to been at least 100 people on their boat waiting for a turn to pet the stingrays. There were only about 30 people on our boat. The crew was great and we had a lot of interaction time with the stingrays.

Carnival cancelled all of it excursions due to the weather. We still went to our Catamaran 3 stop snorkeling, due to the weather they shorten it to a 2 stop, but it was AWESOME! WONDERFUL! GREAT!!! TOP OF THE LINE! The staff was personable!

I wanted to let you know, the excursion I booked in Grand Cayman was great. The location was convenient and easy to find. We had 9 people in our party, we all had a great time. There were other boats with people piled on; ours had about 30-35 people, but was not crowded. We are planning another trip to Bahamas or to the Caribbean next year, and we will try to book another trip with you.

Our excursion to Stingray City and to the barrier reef for snorkeling was terrific -- actually, it was our favorite activity we did while on our 7-day cruise! Stingray City was fun, but the coolest part of the trip was the snorkeling at the reef. We saw a moray eel, many beautiful fish, stingrays and even a shark. The shark swam around with us for about ten minutes. The crew was awesome, really working hard to explain everything and make the trip enjoyable. We saw many other boats in the water with lots more people on board, and our trip seemed much more relaxed. If we ever go back to Grand Cayman, we'll call again.

Oh My God!!! This was the most phenomenal experience. The location was superb, the guide was patient with us when it came time to get in the water with all of these "gentle giants". There were so many stingrays and they seemed to just want to touch people or nibble our fingers. Words alone cannot adequately explain this adventure to anyone. Thumbs Up.

"We joined the crew for our honeymoon from ST Marteen. The trip was the most amazing trip we have been on- and we travel quite a bit. I would highly recommend it for those who are wanting a fun relaxing stress free trip with a guide that easily flexes to the style of the group. We would go again any day any time on any trip. Shoretrips was quick in responding and very accurate in their descriptions. A must use for those who want the best of their vacation.

We had a wonderful time on our snorkeling trip to Anguilla. The crew could not have been nicer and lunch was excellent. The boat was not over crowded like most cruise ship sponsored excursions which I try to avoid. A very good value vs cruise ship excursions. I was surprised we were the only person on the tour from a cruise ship.

I MUST SAY "This" was 1 of the B-E-S-T shore excursions I've ever done!!! The price alone was so--well worth this trip. The staff was wonderful w/ lots of interaction w/ their guests onboard, the lunch was the "BEST" I've ever eaten (I didn't leave a crumb left on my plate) & the Islands taken to by your hi-speed catamaran, was the MOST BEAUTIFUL (UNDERSTATEMENT) I've ever seen. When we arrive again in St Maarten, I will rebook & do this same excursion again. I HIGHLY recommend this excursion to anyone who loves the beaches & beauty of the Islands & exquisite blue waters. I WILL see you all again ...We Love ya!!

The Sail and Snorkel Day in St. Thomas was incredible and definitely the highlight of our cruise! The captain and mate made us feel very at ease and took great care of us. The weather wasn't perfect in the morning, however we made the best of it and had a great time sailing in the rain! The rain subsided by the time we reached St. John and the snorkeling was supurb. We have snorkeled in many places and this was definately the best! The captain gave us ample time to snorkel, and then following a nice lunch, we made our way back to St. Thomas. We will definately recommend this trip to our friends and family and hope to make it back one day ourselves. Also, your company was wonderful. Prior to booking the excursion, I called to ask a few questions and Barry was very helpful and gave wonderful recommendations. Thanks for everything!

Dear Shore Trips,Glad I found you on the internet. My reservations with you made it convenient to have my excursions booked in advance. I booked three excursions with you during my cruise vacation on Carnival. First excursion, we arrived in Jamaica for our Catamaran and my family and I loved it. The Catamaran was awesome and the crew members were so friendly. This was my first experience with snorkeling and it was great. Now I have a new hobby. The Buffet was a great not to mention the beautiful Caribbean waters. Second excursion, we arrived in Grand Cayman and went to Hell, turtle farm, then got on a boat for snorkeling and to Sting Ray City. This excursion was way "too" busy. Luckily our tour driver stopped into a grocery store so we could pick up some sandwiches for lunch. The Turtle farm was facinating, and Sting Ray City was terrific and amazing. Third excursion was a nice, quite, and relaxing day at the beach in Playa Uvas. This was really nice. My kids got to play in the sand. Lunch, drinks, lounge chair, umbrella, etc. was provided without any additional cost. There was a nice fresh water swimming pool we enjoyed playing in. My family and I got to enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean. Our cruise was not our favorite but the excursions on the islands left us with great memories. I will definately look you up for future excursion. Planning ahead makes it convenient. Thank you!

My sister and I had a wonderful day at the beach. It was perfect from the moment we arrived. The food and drinks were good, the snorkeling fabulous, and simply lying in the sun looking at the gorgeous water was the best!! There was not a crowd one time while we were there....in fact, it was very quiet. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Playa Uvas from Cozumel. We were greeted at the check in by name very impreesive. We were immediately given sodas, beach chairs, and umbrellas put up for us wow!! Then our food and drink orders were taken. The snorkel guide gave us instructions on snorkeling and he was very patient with the slow learners (me). After I went waist deep in the water I chickened out he had another guide to come and get me and help me out of the snorkel gear and get me back safely to shore. The food was very tasty. The beach was small and quiet. Our waiter was very attentive. The snorkel guide wanted to take my husband on another tour because he swam back to shore to get the camera and missed the underground cave. We felt special. Only one thing strange we noticed and heard others say... The alcoholic drinks get stronger the more you drink. All and all a wonderful experience. We plan to use you guys again Sept 20-27 on our bahamas cruise from galveston thanks again...

The shore excusrion as amazing. My wife and I were on a 7-day cruise. Roatan was our second port stop and became our most favorite of the entire cruise.
We were met as we left the ship by one of the guides. We took a twenty minute van trip and then got on a small ferry boat. This place was unbelievable and is truly paradise. The staff were so nice and accomidating. The facility was so nice and clean as any place I have ever visited. The snorkeling was awesome. We also swam in the pool and kayaked. Our lunch was a shrimp salad and was very good. We all were able to eat together at a long dining room table. The waitstaff were so nice.

Roatan Cay was amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away from the crowds. The resort was spotless and our hosts were more then gracious. I did not want to go back to the boat. This was my first time using Shoretrips and I will never book trips any other way. You customer service and vendors are impeccable.

She apparently was previously a German teacher at NYU and also a translater at the UN. He said she was ultra informative and couldn't have been better. We had a beautiful day. We got there early. Captain Max was there to pick us up punctually at 9 am. It was just my sisters and I. No one else had booked the boat that day. We sailed around St. John and snorkeled in two places. The lunch was very good and throwing the decorative flowers into the ocean afterwards was a nice touch. We had a wonderful time. They were very attentive hostess'. That said, my sister Deb was quite taken with the whole sailing thing and wants to learn how herself! We took other tours offered by the ship which were all too rushed. I will ALWAYS check with Shore Trips before I go anywhere because I would rather book through you.

I recently booked a Jeep excursion in Cozumel for August 11th for my husband and my honeymoon. I just wanted to let everyone know that we had an AMAZING time on this trip!! Our guide was absolutely phenomenal!! She had so much information about the island and the people that we felt like we lived there too! Any questions we had, she immediately knew the answer. Our group only consisted of four people total so we had the opportunity to learn and see so much of the island. We loved the smaller groups because it was very personal and we didn't feel like we were being herded around like the cruise ship excursions. The drinks at the bar were fabulous and the view of the ocean while sitting in a hammock drinking a margarita is indescribable! The chicken lunch was awesome and we had a great time talking to some of the townspeople. Snorkeling was also a fun experience and we got to see tons of different marine life. She would also tell us what we were looking at and she was able to answer any questions we had. This trip was by far the best excursion we have EVER been on and I would do it all over again in a heart beat! Everyone should take the opportunity to go on this trip when they are in Cozumel! I wanted to say THANKS for providing an amazingly wonderful experience for us!!

This extends from your office staff to your staff in Puerto Rico. Everyone we encountered was super friendly, knowledgeable and provided service just as promised. We had a great guide in Puerto Rico who provided our airport and cruise transfers and conducted our San Juan City tour. He knew the ins/outs of the city as well as updating us on the tourist industry in the area and knew how to avoid the lines at the cruise pier. Every time we were to be met our driver/guide was there and ahead of our scheduled time. Additionally your vehicle was very roomy and clean. As a travel agent not only will I recommend Shore Trips to my clients (first time using you in 22 years), you will see my family back for future business. We did a private tour of San Juan where we were picked up at our hotel room and dropped off at the Royal Caribbean terminal. We had an awesome tour guide. With 30+ years of experience, he gave us insight into the different areas of San Juan. We got to see many different areas of San Juan and learned a lot of the history of the area. We really enjoyed the day. He also dropped us off to tour the fort and in Old San Juan for lunch. We would highly recommend this excursion.

It was absolutely wonderful for my clients. Their guide went far beyond there expectation. Not only were they treated to the beautiful sights of the Amalfi coast and Pompeii, but their driver took them back to the airport and helped them find their missing luggage, which they probably would have never seen again if not for him. Our guide met us with her 55 Chevy right at the pier. I felt like I was meeting an old friend for the day. She was an exceptional guide and very knowledgeable about the area and everything involved. She kept us moving and interested and the time went all too fast. She is full of energy and enthusiasm about where she lives and made us very comfortable all morning long. She gave us a chocolate and a big hug when we left. We loved it!

We had a fantastic time on the Jetboat. Our driver was incredible. What a rush! He also took the the time to stop for photo ops as well as time to tell us about the local flora and fauna. it says in the trip description that they do a 360 deg. turn, they dont..... they do about 12. woohoo!

We enjoyed the jet boat ride very much. It was a good mix of excitement on the speed, turns, the information and the visual on the slower tour through the mangroves. Our guide was informative and helpful and concious of our safety. We appreciated being picked up at the ship promptly. We will definately recommend ShoreTrips on the cruise critic website and to any of our friends travelling to Mexico.

When we were on the Celebrity Infinity on a 15 night Panama Canal cruise, I had booked 8 of us on the Jetover Adventure in Acapulco. The driver who took us to the river for the adventure was awesome, on time and very courteous. I wanted to let you know all of us enjoyed that adventure tremendously. We got a boat all to ourselves, while the cruise ship people were waiting in long lines at the dock waiting to get their turn. We felt special. Thank you for making it possible to take my guests on such a well thought out and exciting river ride!

This was incredible. The staff on this yacht were fantastic. We went on a 50ft. yacht to see the cliff divers and then back to a lagoon to snorkel and kayak. This was the best excursion on the cruise and can not thank you enough for the recommendation. The boys thought it was great we will always look to use your services on future cruises.

The trip was wonderful! Our driver got us there in a timely fashion so we did not have to wait to do the zipline. Everyone at the facility seemed well trained and made us feel very confident that we were safe. We had two people in our party afraid of heights and they were able to do this with no hesitation. The people on the platforms as well as the ground seemed as though they enjoyed their work. We were also pleasantly surprised by the toilet facilities and the lunch arrangements. The food was great and the setting perfect! Again, our driver took time to show us the river and explain different geographic settings on the return trip back. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, felt the price was right and would highly recommend it to anyone!

So glad my husband talked me into this trip! I'm not a fan of heights so of course, I was a bit apprehensive at first. However, our guide was attentive and could easily tell I was nervous. He paid special attention to me and eased me through the first 2 platforms. After that, I was on my way! I could not get over how enjoyable this trip was. Especially for someone who is not loving heights! I'm glad I took the plunge (not literally) and decided to go on the tour. We had a fabulous time!

Hello, Our time in the forest, up in the trees, was time well spent on our vacation. Nothing else you have ever done, except maybe swinging on a long rope as a child, will prepare you for the exhilaration of taking that first step off the platform. Our guides were so personable and nice, they made our trip. I was with quite a few jokesters, and they were just as excited as I was, and hollared just as loudly, as I did. The only thing that could have possibly made this trip better, is if it had been longer. When we finished at the bottom of the hill, I could have turned right around and done it again. There was some climbing at the beginning, but our guides were very aware of how (old) winded we were about half way up, and graciously asked if we would like to take a breather(rest), and we did. From there on it was smooth sailing. I have to also comment on the equipment, it was awesome everything I used was top name, fantastic, professional climbing gear. Everything about it was great and the view was phenomenal. I would recommend this trip to anyone, including people with children, knowing my grandson(8), he could have done anything I did on this tour and some of it probably better than me. It was very enjoyable.

AWESOME! The best shore trip I've ever done. We were met at the dock on time and driven in a clean new air conditioned van to the location. Our driver was very informative about the history and sights of Belize (I wished we could stay longer). Our zip line adventure was the coolest ever. Our party of 11 included a 77-year-old, several teens, their parents, and an 11-year-old. Every one of us loved it. Truly a trip for all. Our guides couldn't have been more helpful. We had a wonderful lunch in a beautiful, remote resort. It was just gorgeous...in the middle of the rain forest. I wholeheartedly recommend the trip. ShoreTrips was great, including answering several questions I had before the trip. I would recommend this trip to all and will use ShoreTrips again. Thanks!

I'm writing to let you know we had a wonderful time recently on all the ShoreTrips excursions that our group of 6 went on in Alaska...and we tried a lot of them...i.e. Whale watching, Zip lining, Panning for Gold and Salmon bake, Bus tours at each of the ports, Glacier tour, etc. Every one of them was excellent. Very small and intimate, educational, and well planned out. Our most favorite was when tour guide Tim took us out Whale watching...looking desperately for whales, bear, etc. and finally he was able to find several sea otters and then a bunch of whales that were blowing and breeching. Oh what a sight. We all said that excursion alone made the whole 13 trip day trip worthwhile. Thanks ShoreTrips for making this a once in a lifetime trip for all of us.

I'm writing to let you know we had a wonderful time recently on all the ShoreTrips excursions that our group of 6 went on in Alaska...and we tried a lot of them...i.e. Whale watching, Zip lining, Panning for Gold and Salmon bake, Bus tours at each of the ports, Glacier tour, etc. Every one of them was excellent. Very small and intimate, educational, and well planned out. Our most favorite was when tour guide Tim took us out Whale watching...looking desperately for whales, bear, etc. and finally he was able to find several sea otters and then a bunch of whales that were blowing and breeching. Oh what a sight. We all said that excursion alone made the whole 13 trip day trip worthwhile. Thanks ShoreTrips for making this a once in a lifetime trip for all of us.

Taking this private tour was one of the best choices that we have made in shore excursions. Our guide, was very knowledgeable about the Altun Ha Mayan ruins and the Belize zoo. We had the feeling that he personally knew every animal in the zoo! We had a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this tour. Being driven in a Lincoln Town Car beats the heck out of being herded on a large bus any time.

We have booked with ShoreTrips before and plan to do again for a March cruise. We like the smaller groups for our shore excursions because that personalization makes the difference.

We went on the Altun Ha shore trip a few weeks ago, and have nothing but praise for our trip and especially our driver and tour guide. He was a non stop source of information for several hours, knowledgeable about the history of the place, and what's going on at the present. Coming and going provided us also with an idea of what Belize City looked like as well. We loved the small van, only 8 of us went, and much prefer that to big cruise line bus tours. We happen to enjoy learning about the history and the area of places we visit; not just shopping and beaches, so will look for a similar venue should we cruise again. Thank you.

We stopped at his friend's road side stand. He gave us a platter of pineapple, coconut and papaya. We also bought a few things from them. He was so informative and so willing to answer any questions we had about the island, government,etc.

We previously played the tired old course many times and the renovation is a marked success. Visually the new course is just beautiful. You can see the ocean on many holes that before were previously blocked by trees. The fairway bunkers and green complexes are first rate. Considering the course just opened up a month ago the greens and fairways were in excellent shape.

In Curacao we went jet skiing and did snorkeling. Fantastic!!! There was only the guide and us. WoW!! Talk about a small group. When we got back to the ship we found out that people paid the same as we did and only got one or the other; jet skiing or snorkeling. Those that went snorkeling were very disappointed they said they didn’t see many fish. We went to a sunken tugboat and saw tons of fish. I felt like I was in an aquarium!! Again, people were envious and we became the “go to people” on things to do. Our ship neighbors were telling us that they kept peeking over the balcony to see what we were going to do on port days. They told us that we “did all the cool stuff”. LoL!! I told them that it wasn’t us, it was because of Shore trips!! So thanks again guys for another year of great shore excursions.

They were sorry they didn't take tours in Athens, because they had a tough time with the taxis (you told me they would). They were actually thrown out of a cab because they were asking too many questions.

It was easy to reach someone to answer our questions and everyone was so eager to help! It was so simple to locate our ATV location right off of the ship in St. Croix. The ATV adventure was amazing. The tour guides were so knowledgable and accomodating. The views were incredible and the ride was fun! My 7 year old daughter even had a blast. My husband who is an experienced rider really enjoyed the off-road part of the trip. I would recommend this trip through ShoreTrips to anyone!

I would highly recommend this activity to anyone who wants to see scenery in St. Croix with a little excitement. After a 5 minute walk from our ship we arrived at the meeting place--which is a very nice office area with T shirts and other touristy items for sale--where we signed the necessary forms. We were taken for a 5 minute van ride to the location where the ATV adventure starts, donned helmets and optional goggles, and received instructions on how to operate the ATV. These ATV's seemed significantly larger than other ATV's I've been on in the Caribbean and were comfortable for 2 people including some in our group that might be classified as a bit heavy. Our tour was led by the owner of the business who is a young man from Colorado who is very knowledgeable about the island. After a short drive on a main road running along the coast (with very little traffic) we arrived at an abandoned sugar cane facility for a photo opportunity and to make sure that everyone was doing well on the ATVs. We then turned onto a dirt road and starting going up some decent sized hills--noticing huge numbers of white and yellow butterflies that started flying around when the ATV's approached. It looked like a snowfall of butterflies. At the top of this large hill is another photo opportunity at another abandoned sugar cane mill. We had a beautiful view of the coastline and our ship far out in the distance. We then had to put the vehicles into 4 wheel drive and went up some short rather steep hills. We spent the rest of the outing driving thru the St. Croix rain forest and arrived back at our starting point about 2 hours later. The option at this point is to stop at the restaurant across the street or go back to the cruise ship dock--we opted to go back into town and had some great fruit smoothies at a restaurant near the office. We were impressed by this tour's concern about safe operation of the vehicles, by how clean St. Croix is and by the varied terrain that we travelled on. Definite thumbs up for this tour.

We actually booked four excursions through you and we had a wonderful time.
COZUMEL-we booked the ATV Jungle and Beach Adventure. It was a blast. They picked us up from the pier and took us to the ATV's. We had a short instruction and then we were off. We stopped a couple of times to see a cenote and some caves. The guide then dropped us off at a private beach where we snorkled and relaxed. It was beautiful. When we were ready to leave, a taxi took us back to the pier to do some shopping. Overall, this was one of the best vacations we have taken, and we will do it again. We will only use ShoreTrips, as every excursion ran smoothly and our guides were awesome. All of our guides were aware that the ship left at a certain time and knew the time differences so we never had to worry about missing the boat. We also loved that our groups were small and we had personalized attention.

The highlight of our trip. We met our driver right away, we took a scenic drive(a little over an hour) to a side road where we met our guides, and our ATV's. The tour was Awesome. It was just my husband and I. We drove on cliff and beaches, took a dip in Honeymoon Beach, drove thru Banana Plantations and thru some of the forest. This trip was awesome! Overall, Shoretrips is the way to go. These (3)tours took us away from the crowded ship and the ship's tours. As long as you are aware fo the ship's departure from each island and book your trip accordingly, you will have no problem getting back on time. I will definately book again and recommend SHORETRIPS to everyone!

This was the most fun excursion ever. We had a blast on the 4 wheelers. They picked us up from the ship dock right on time and drove us to the departure location. It was a quick ride. We were fitted for helmets and tought how to operate the device and we were on our way. It was jsut the two if us with a guide and that was awesome. We stopped every 15 minutes or so to see various sights. We went all over the island. He gave us as much time as we wanted at each place. I would recommend this tour to everyone!! It was a blast!!

We booked the ATV tour of St. Martin. This was to be a 3 1/2 hour tour of the island. We ended up being gone for 5 hours.(GREAT)We got to see the entire island and some interesting sights. We enjoyed this tour, but I would caution people, if they have never ridden an ATV before. We were on well traveled roads, up and down hills, and some gravel type roads. My family has never driven ATV's and found that sometimes it was a bit difficult to manuever. Our guide was very nice and the company was safety conscious (providing helmets and safety instructions. We would recommend this trip to those who are familiar with ATVs and know what they are doing.

We were whisked off the boat up the mountains to a garden in the mountain. We made it, but it was a wild ride! The garden was beautiful, and we met the owner which was nice. The staff were all extremely friendly and safety was ALWAYS the highest priority. All the equipment was new and we were never nervous on any of the zip lines. We rented the 4 wheelers as well and that was a blast. It was only the two of us on the 4-wheelers and my husband and I each had our own guide (so I could go slower). My guide was very nice and understanding of my limitations, LOL... and my husband's guide let him go crazy and fly all over the place. OVERALL - Shoretrips.com was perfect. We didn't have to wait in line on the cruise, or have limited selection because of availability. We knew our trips were secured and we didn't have to make any last minute decisions. We also knew that each company had been researched and checked out by shoretrips.com and we knew that we weren't accidentally going to end up on an excursion with questionable people. We asked other people on each of our 3 excursions how much they paid through the ship, and we paid less EVERY time! We will be cruising in 2010 and I will book all of our shore excursions through shoretrips.com! Thank you so much for a non-stressful, wonderful experience!

Oh my gosh! Our family had an awesome time. We met up with the coordinator to send us on our way. He was very nice and informative. It was about a 20 min. drive. Then we hooked up with this terrific Guide. There were only two families when we went so there were only 4 buggies going out. Crazy fun. Our kids drove the whole way to the bat cave in the caverns and back. Would highly recommend this excursion. We were a little nervous because this was our first cruise and booking an excursion away from the ship we were told probably wasn't a good idea, but proved them wrong because everything went smooth and couldn't have asked for a better introduction into the world of excursions. The ATX machines were in good condition; our guide was informative and the swim in the sink hole/bat cave was really unexpected but very interesting!The trail to the sink hole was very rough, while we were OK with the rugged roads, we did get dirty but had a GREAT time .... this was one of the best excursions we have taken during a cruise. I will utilize Shoretrips for future trips.

BEACH BREAK WITH LUNCH

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Cayman Islands with our Beach Break. Due to the time difference there, we failed to remember we were 2 hours early when we checked in at the office. We thought we were only one (1) hour early and was going to make sure we knew where we were going and check in at the office and then do some shopping in the immediate area until they were ready to take us to the beach. However, the staff was very nice and cordial about going ahead and taking us to the beach early. Therefore, we had more time than we anticipated due to this time error on our part. Additionally, once we arrived at the beach, the guide showed us around and oriented us to the area and introduced us to the other staff on site. We literally shared our 1/4 mile beach with only one (1) other couple the entire time we were there. This was EXACTLY what my wife and I were looking for. Therefore, our expectations were exceeded with this excursion. We are repeat cruisers(8 so far) and get tired of being crammed into a small area of beach with literally hundreds of other cruisers from multiple cruise ships. So, we had a wonderful time on this excursion and was very glad we booked through you. We will be cruising again this November with another couple. We will definitely review the excursions on these islands for other bookings. Thanks again for an absolutely wonderful time. I mentioned to my wife when we got back that this was the most relaxing cruise I had been on and most of that reason was because of this excursion.

The man that runs the excursion operation out of Grand Cayman was very nice and courteous. He drove us out to the beach in his own car and gave us some interesting information and history on the way. His assistant who drove us back from the beach was very nice as well and very knowledgeable about the island. There were two other cruise ships at Grand Cayman the day we were there and we were the only two people who had selected this excursion through ShoreTrips. This made for a nice, quiet afternoon relaxing on the beach. The restaurant and beach were perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. The restaurant staff was very nice and there were very few people around. The lunch we selected at the restaurant (barbeque chicken with rice and beans) was the best meal we had that entire week on our cruise. Having been on beach
excursions offered by our cruise line, this one was very much worth the money when you consider that you're sharing the beach with few or no other people.

Easy and inexpensive! On the way from the pier to the beach, our van driver pointed out the crazy, packed public beach area that all the cruise passengers are funneled to and it looked like a nightmare! Instead, me and my husband shared a long, private strip of beach with just 4 other people for the afternoon. Lunch was fantastic we could eat anytime during the 3 hour break. The small restaurant there had both an outside deck with covered tables and an inside area with booths and A/C depending on your preference. I definitely will recommend this ShoreTrip excursion to anyone who is just looking to relax at the beach in Grand Cayman.

I'm writing to let you know we had a wonderful time recently on all the ShoreTrips excursions that our group of 6 went on in Alaska...and we tried a lot of them...i.e. Whale watching, Zip lining, Panning for Gold and Salmon bake, Bus tours at each of the ports, Glacier tour, etc. Every one of them was excellent. Very small and intimate, educational, and well planned out. Our most favorite was when tour guide Tim took us out Whale watching...looking desperately for whales, bear, etc. and finally he was able to find several sea otters and then a bunch of whales that were blowing and breeching. Oh what a sight. We all said that excursion alone made the whole 13 trip day trip worthwhile. Thanks ShoreTrips for making this a once in a lifetime trip for all of us.

It was FANTASTIC! Tim was amazing and really knew how to get us up close and personal with whales and bears! He was very passionate and really wanted a bear sighting as much as we did. He never gave up and we ended up seeing 3 Brown Bears on the shore searching for crabs. 2 males interacted with each other and we thought we were going to see a bear fight! Thankfully, the smaller bear went his own way and the big bear got his beach back. We were also lucky enough to have a group of humpback whales pass about 40 feet from our boat - we have priceless photos and video from this excursion! Thanks Tim -you made our Alaskan experience TRULY spectacular! It was SO WONDERFUL to be on a small boat with only 3 other people rather than a huge boat with hundreds of other tourists clamoring for a view!

I can not say enough positive things about this excursion and our guide. While we only saw one bear, he sure did try hard to find one for us. We saw many whales very up close. I would highly recommend this over the cruise ship excursion because of the one on one experience. He did a great job and my family really will remember this experience.

I do not know how to express our admiration and appreciation of our guide and the way he handled and managed our excursion with him. We could not have asked for more or better service. He was superbly professional and personable. His boat was immaculate, in excellent mechanical condition, and very well suited to the purpose. He is obviously very experienced and well versed in wildlife behavior and observation and was able to combine his expertise, skill and equipment to provide my family with a very comfortable, exciting and memorable experience. I can not say enough good things about our trip with him.

Overall the trip was very good! We saw bears (both brown and black) feeding on salmon, as well as hundreds of bald eagles and seals. The only problem was that the trip had to end! The vendor was excellent - very friendly, efficient; couldn't have been better. They were at the exact spot they were supposed to be at the right time. They even waited a few extra minutes for us when we were delayed by having to take a tender from the cruise ship ashore. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone who wants an up close and personal encounter with wild bears.

The day we were to go on this, one of your pilots was injured, so we didn't
go to Prince of Wales. However, you all were very helpful in getting us on
another seaplane. It was a sunny day in Ketchikan, and the ride was beautiful and the guide there was very knowledgeable and fun. We did not see many bears. But, we did see a bald eagle perch in a tree. We saw some sea lions and a few salmons. We enjoyed all of our other ShoreTrip excursions and would highly recommend your company and use you again!

It was just our group that had signed up with this company. We basically received a private tour! Junior, our guide, was fabulous. He was a wealth of knowledge about Belize history. He also shared his knowledge about the plant and animal life. This made our walk with our tubes more enjoyable. He was kind and patient with the children as well. We were one of the first groups to arrive at the National Park and were able to enjoy a leisurely tour. I also enjoyed our lunch. I would highly recommend this trip!

We did the Tubing through caves trip in Belize and had a wonderful time. Our guide, was fabulous. He knew so much about the caves and the Mayan people. We even enjoyed a little taste testing of plants and termites along our hike. The tubing part was longer than most of the other tours. For the most part it was very relaxing but there were a few sections that took a little physical maneuvering to get over rocks or away from bushes. The hike was relatively easy. It did get a little chilly in the caves but once we hit the sunlight it felt great.

Perfect, we got to the jungle and went for the most amazing tour on our way to the river. Our guide took the time to explain the different types of plants, trees,etc. to us as we walked while other groups were just marching through to get to the river as soon as possible. It really made the walk more enjoyable and very educational. The float down the river was absolutely gorgeous. The tours were beautiful and the river was perfect and serene. Our guide knew a ton of history about the caves and did a wonderful job of pointing out the different landmarks as we floated. The lunch after the tour was also phenomenal. Authentic Belizean cuisine served up fast and hot!Overall the tour was a great value and our guide did an awesome job of showing and explaining everything to us.

We just returned from a cruise and our cave tubing experience in Belize was one of the highlights. Our knowledgeable and fun-loving guide was with us every step of the way. He guided us through the rainforest and stopped along the way to point out interesting vegetation and tell us stories about the area. When we arrived at the river, he got the four people in our group (all middle aged) onto our rubber tubes and had us hook our feet under the shoulders of the person in front of us. Our guide was at the front of our little human train and guided us through the dark limestone caves. People from other tours were floating aimlessly and bumping into rocks, while we floated past with expert guidance. He also shone his strong flashlight onto interesting formations and told us about Mayan beliefs about these caves. We took about an hour to get through the series of caves and laughed all the way. This was followed by a tasting lunch of chicken and rice and beans. It was a rainy, cool day in Belize, but despite that we had a ball. Thanks to our guide and all Shore Trips staff.

I wanted to share how great our experience was with our recent shore excursion with ShoreTrips in Belize. This was the first time I had used this company - First of all, they notified me that we had an itinerary change on our cruise, and were very accommodating in changing the date of our excursion in Belize. The Cave Tubing was a wonderful experience and a lot had to do with our tour guide, who made sure he took excellent care of all 10 of us. The lunch that followed the tubing was also excellent. I will definintely use and promote ShoreTrips in the future! Thanks for the great service!

Last week my wife and I went on the Belize Cave Tubing Tour and the Chacchoben Ruins and Maya Adventure Tour. To say they were both outstanding would be an understatement. I regret that I do not remember the name of our guide for the cave tubing. He was terrific. More than once he pointed out fantastic sights that we would never have noticed on our own. Examples are baby slaty-tailed trogons in a tree cavity; a sleeping boat-tailed heron; and, unseen by other groups, howler monkeys. In the caves themselves, our small group of five felt fortunate that our guide would pause to show us special sights, while larger groups nosily went right by.

Our Cave Tubing Tour was wonderful! Our guide, was extremely knowledgable and very entertaining. Walking through the jungle/rain forest, we stopped to talk about the different trees and plants and what they were used for. We tasted sugar cane and other plants, even termites! Yes, minty termites! The water in the river was very "refreshing". It was chilly, but felt great after walking through the jungle in 90 degrees! Our cruise ship had the same tour but for $98 per person and lunch was not included! I am recommending your website to everyone that I know traveling in the future.

We had a wonderful time on our excursion for cave tubing in Belize. It was a wonderful trip and we enjoyed seeing the caves and loved the individual/small group attention that we got from our tour guide. We even got to see some bats. Our guides were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a small group of only 10 of us compared to the cruise ship tours which would have 30-50 people in each group. Of the 8 of us on the cruise, ½ of us went on the ShoreTrips cave tubing excursion and the other ½ went on the ship’s cave tubing excursion. We compared our trips. Ours sounded so much better. We had more food with our meal, our group was smaller and we were able to see the same sights without all of the people. We completed it in a shorter time period. Our food was better compared to the ships meal. We liked the individualized attention we got from our tour guides and were able to learn more about the area on our hike while we were carrying our tube. However, I would definitely recommend the shore trips cave tubing tour since it was a better tour than the cruise ship’s one and for less money. We will definitely use you again in our future cruising and traveling.

I just wanted to let you know what a FABULOUS trip this turned out to be. We had a blast and our tour guide was terrific! The tubing experience was really unique and worthwhile. The caves were awesome inside, with soft pink and light blue colors on the rock formations. There was one spot in the pitch blackness where there was an opening and I could see the the rays of light streaming through in a section that had plants and grass growing!!! I loved the whole experience and would recommend it to anyone. The lunch at the end was really good too--we had the local beer and some terrific barbequed chicken.

We had a great time on our tour in Belize. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and we loved the personal service we got because of our small intimate group. We are so glad we didn't book through the cruiseline tours because of the impersonal, large bus groups they arrange. Also, the meal at the end of our cave tubing excusion was incredible. We were amazed at the quantity, service, and quality of the lunch, plus it never felt like we were with a tour because of the intimate setting and non-busy atmosphere. I am the client and the travel agent and this was our first cruise. We loved this excursion. It was the last port on our cruise and we wanted something that we could do at a relaxing pace. The tour guide was great. He told us about the history of the island as well as the updates on the improvements being made since last years hurricane season. The story behind the Belize zoo was so interesting. What an incredible way to see these beautiful animals in their natural habitat. Quite a bit different than what we are used to seeing at the zoo in the states. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

THANK YOU for a great great zoo tour with Joe!! He was there HOURS before we had to leave (and we came early so it worked out great!). We four moms from Calif. felt safe with him, and he was a gentleman and verrryy informative. His van was spotless and he had arisen at 4am from his home 1.5 hrs. away and took a bus to work and then filled up the van to pick us up. WOW…! He answered our questions in detail, had a head-set on and was very helpful at the zoo showing us where the animals hid. He even made spider-monkey noises and they RESPONDED!! We were just sooooooo grateful for his help, and humbleness. He’s stopped on the side of the road to let us take photos, and was never in a hurry. So thanks a million; I’d use your site in a second and you can use this for a reference…Many Many thanks!

The Best Beach Day in St. Lucia was the best! I was a bit concerned because it was a 7 hour excursion, but it was just what the name says, it was the best beach day! We were picked up by a dive boat and taken to a bay called Anse Cochan. Snorkeling was awesome and we could go back in the water as often as we wanted. I did not think the snorkeling could ever compare to Dominica, but this was just about as good. Beach was great, they provided chairs, umbrellas and lunch was phenomenal! I would highly recommend this excursion.

We truly enjoyed our day trip to the Grand Caymans. We easily found our way from the ship on foot to meet our guide. We were surprised to see my name displayed on a greeting sign with directions to cross the street to meet in a local shop. Our guide was very pleasant and welcoming and took us to each stop as described in the ad. The boat adventure to Sting Ray City was awesome! When we returned to the marina, our guide was there to greet us and take us across the island to a small local cafe for lunch. The meal was great. We had local fish served with island spices and rice and beans. The flavors were fantastic. The homemade lemonade was just like Mom's. Our pictures were awesome and there was a professional photographer there to make sure we had our perfect memories recorded. I would recommend your trip to all ages who can swim.

We went on a chartered trip to Sting Ray City---It was a beautiful trip. There were 9 of us on board, we each had a lot of quality time with the rays. They were beautiful and the interaction with them was unbelievable. The crew educated us and the nature of the rays, where the stinger was, how to tell male and female and made us feel very comfortable. We fed them and feeling the suction power they had was unimaginable. There was a nearby cruise ship tour, which had I am guessing very close to 100 people on it. They were all in the water, I bet they did not get the one on one time that we got on our tour, and I am sure it was a chaotic mess. I am very happy that we chose an off ship excursion company. The guides were very aware of the time we needed to be back and made sure we had enough time to enjoy the whole island. Tour guide took us to the Turtle farm, which was the highlight of the tour for me. I am crazy about turtles and would do anything to save them. There were turtles in there I have never seen. They have a beautiful beach that you can swim with turtles and fish--we were not allowed the time to do this due to the rest of the tour, but If I had to do it over again, I would give this place more time. We held the turtles and didn't realize how incredibly heavy they were--a three year old weighed approx 50-65 lbs. Then our guide took us to a local restaurant with a beautiful outdoor patio with the ocean foot steps away. He told us history of the Island, his close and horrifying experience with Hurricane Ivan, and much more. He was the best tour guide ever. Very personable and welcoming. It felt like being around one of the gang--very comfortable. We ate lunch,went swimming,drank local beer, swam some more. This was an excellent investment in money well spent. We all had and awesome time, and would recommend this trip and tour company hands down.

We actually booked four excursions through you and we had a wonderful time. GRAND CAYMAN-we booked the Stingray City Tour Combo which included the turtle farm and Hell, as well as lunch. It was awesome. The other tours that had been booked through the cruise line were huge and our group was about 10 people. During the Stingray City portion, we had three guides including a scuba diver that videotaped us interacting with the stingrays. We were able to feed and hold the stingrays and even kiss them if you wanted to. Then we were taken back to the shore and we were transported to the turtle farm which was really neat. We also were able to hold and pet the baby turtles. We were then picked up and taken to Hell where we were able to send a postcard from the Hell Post Office. Pretty cool. After we left Hell, we were taken to a small café on Seven Mile Beach where we ate a dish of Chicken, Rice and beans. It was delicious. Our guide then picked us up and took us back to do some shopping before having to board the ship. It was awesome.

Our first excursion was in St. Lucia at the Rain Forest Ziplining trip. There were nine of us and we had a wonderful time. Our guide was terrific (but for the life of me I cannot remember his name). He was very informative and even showed us cocoa beans, coconut, on our way back. Very interesting tidbits. I want to give kudos to Jamal. I was only able to do 8 of the 11 ziplines due to the heat and humidity and Jamal walked with me back to the staging area and kept checking on me. All of the guys were great. This was a first time adventure for eight of us and the professionalism and safety measures was very reassuring. This WAS the highlight of our trip.

My family have been ziplining on two other occasions, and neither one compares with the ease and safety we found with this excursion. The zips are all on double-lines with two pulleys and a safety strap for each rider. Crash helmets complete with hairnets were required for all, and we were even allowed and encouraged to take along our cameras! It was so efficient that there were no delays. Once we reached the park, suited up and had our briefing we were in the air flying through the lush rainforest canopy! A perfect alternative to cruise ship excursions that exclude your children for age restrictions. This was much safer than the last trips we took sponsored by the cruises!

I can't say enough nice things about the trip. The people on the island were nice, friendly and informative. My mother, 2 kids (ages 6 & 8) and I had a great time. One of the main reasons we chose you over the stingray experience the cruise line offered is that my daughter was too young to go on theirs (min. age 8). After speaking with others on the cruise who had gone with the ship, I'm glad she was too young. Not only was their trip more expensive (about $75, I think) but there were about 150 people and they didn't get to spend as much time with the stingrays or feed them. I think it was the highlight of our trip.

The Bob Marley tour was fantastic and my husband and I loved every minute of it! Our van driver was the greatest and we very much enjoyed talking to him during the 1.5 drive through the mountains (each way) between Ochos Rios and Nine Mile. He couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable or accommodating to us. We made sure to get a picture with him too! Also, since the Bob Marley tour isn't offered as a regular shore excursion by any of the cruise lines, we were able to get away from all the other people for a few hours which was really, really nice. We went on 3 ShoreTrips during our 4/09 cruise and they were all great – but Bob was definitely the best!

This was our favorite trip of all. Seeing the "real Jamaica" by traveling through Fern Gully Rainforest on the way to Nine Mile was a real plus. Once there the site itself was very interesting as well. My two teen aged children really enjoyed seeing the birthplace of Bob Marley and hearing some of the folklore associated with it. He was very personable, professional and patient. Also, very safety conscious. He did a wonderful job with the entire group, but most especially with the people who had never kayaked before. He made sure everyone had a good time and were included no matter what their level of eperience. The spot was perfect for the kayaking and snorkeling. Remote and beautiful. We appreciated that we were the only ones on this sidetrip. That is one of the main reasons I book with Shoretrips. I like the exclusivity. I recently booked the Cabo Beach Day and I had to email you a review because we had the BEST TIME EVER! I want to thank you for your staff’s personal attention to my questions about the trip before I booked to start off. Your staff could not have been more helpful, even calling the resort with my questions! When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the concierge as if we were long time, returning guests. We were escorted out to the pool by the concierge and we were set up on a fantastic shaded “beach bed” close to the water but away from those pesky beach vendors! The concierge then helped us set up wave runners for the day and introduced us to our personal attendant for the day. He tended to our needs for the day and we were never without food or drink. He brought extra towels and another umbrella when we had enough sun. I was worried about taking my family as the resorts web site makes it clear this is not a place for kids. However, my kids are 19,17 and 13 and were welcome to the beach, pools and activities. The food included in the package is amazing! You will not be disappointed. After our included drinks, our guide kept us informed about the different specials of the day. The pools are gorgeous, the beach is perfect – directly in front of the cruise ships! Everything is amazingly clean and well cared for. The bathrooms near the pool have an attendant cleaning all day, it is not your typical beach bathroom! Plenty of fresh towels here so no need to bring your own, even a small clothing shop poolside that came in very handy when we had a ripped bathing suit! I cannot say enough about this resort and your attention to detail. I will be booking all of my future excursions with Shore Trips and telling everyone I know to do the same!

It was absolutely terrific. We loved the hotel and the staff. They were kind to us and looked out for us. The covered cabana helped keep off some sun for a very white Oregonian, and the huge towel and comfy mattresses were perfect for reading, relaxing and enjoying the day. The pools are beautiful. I loved having access to the ocean, but also having refuge from the vendors. The "snack" was a great lunch and the adult beverages were excellent!

This was one of the best city tours that I have ever been on and I have been on quite a few around the world. Our tour guide was great. He was very knowledgable about the city, the relics, the plant life, the weather, the biology behind tequila production, the ecological explanation of the warm and cold water and the geopgraphy of it all. Also, he answered all of my brother's questions (he is a history major) so that was a plus. The boat tour part was great as well-we had a very funny guy who made jokes. He made jokes and offered to take pictures of our family on our cameras. No complaints about this excursion whatsoever. When I filled out his company's survey afterwards, I was very happy to give him all excellent marks. From the time he met us off the ship to the time he dropped us off he was great. He made our trip to the Mexican Riveria-Cabo San Lucas memorable.

We cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this tour was. Having a small intimate group is the way to go. There was not one moment when we felt unsafe. We were able to do so much more because we did not have to wait for 50 other people to come back to the bus. We told our guide exactly what we wanted to see and do and it went perfectly. We went to Memphis and Sakkara first. There were no crowds.(maybe one half dozen other people at both sights). The ships' buses and caravans had to wait until all the people who signed up for that certain trip were on before they were able to leave the port. We walked off of the ship and were on our way immediately. We had told them what type of shopping we wanted to do and they brought us to the perfect stores. By the time we got to the Pyramids in the afternoon there were no crowds at all. Also the guide explained that it can be overcast in the morning so it is best to go in the afternoon. Our guide was wonderful she answered so many questions for us and was great fun. We would all highly recommend this trip. It made the "port stop of a lifetime" perfect!!

The zipline was a blast. One person in our party didn't want to do it and almost gave up. She did get re-hooked on the line and just went for it. After all of that, she ended up loving it too. We had 12 people as a combined total on the platform...this was a little crowded. It worked out okay, but it extended out time and we missed dinner in the dining room on the ship, so we had to eat elsewhere on board. Our group loved it and we would definitely do this again.

Our guide at Dunn's Falls was the best. We bypassed the long line at the left and had our own tour guide. Our bus driver and tour guide were great as well. After our excursion, we used them as our taxi and they brought us to the Hard Rock Cafe so we could eat lunch and do a little shopping and then came to pick us back up. Overall, it was a FANTASTIC day and I wouldn't hesitate to book with ShoreTrips again!

And once we got to the gift shop area the tour was over for some people (they booked through another agency) but not for us. Another couple joined my Husband and me and the second part of our excursion was to visit and eat with a Mayan family. That was the best part!! They cooked a feast for us!!! It was wonderful!! When we got back to the ship everyone was envious of our trip.

We LOVED our excursion,out of the 3 cruise ports of call, this was our best. We had done our research, and you offered exactly what we wanted to see, experience, and learn at the best price. First of all, we too are "interpreters" of nature, history, culture, and heritage, belonging to three organizations of such businesses, and have seen many "interpreters." So, when we say that Davide and Silvana were top notch, we are comparing them to many. The event used all our senses. They both were able to make the explanations understandable and relate to us and our own lives. Their English was excellent, and Davide's accent charming. We had hoped to stand on the ruins, at least touch them, and did. We had no idea how many there would be. We also appreciated the "interpretation" of several of the plants and trees along the way. The final "icing on the cake" was to get to see the Mayan village, meet the family, make our own "wah", eat the delicious dishes, see the dance, and have a tour of their church and land. It was all more than we had hoped. I hope to have future contact with David and Silvana, for whom I have much admiration. They were both friendly and professional.

All was excellent with the Champagne Snorkel Adventure. We were met at the dock by someone holding a card with our name on it, brought to a shuttle with a friendly driver and a knowledgeable guide, and promptly taken to the snorkel location. There we received a guided tour of the reef by a knowledgeable diver.
We appreciated the very personalized service. There were only two of us and the staff gave us their full attention. We noted the offering provided by the ship. A catamaran pulled up to the snorkel location as we were about to leave and a boatload of people got into the water. Our personalized one on one snorkel adventure was far superior.

My husband and I travelled with 4 of our young adult children on the week of August 16th to 23rd, 2009. We have used Shoretrips in the past, and were really happy with the quality of the excursions.The cruise didn't allow us to book excursions ahead of time for this trip, so we booked the majority of our trips with ShoreTrips. We have recommended Shoretrips to many people. We have always found the personalized service of the excursions to be great. We will definitely use Shoretrips again on future trips. Let me add that when we got onboard our ship, they changed the itinerary due to Tropical Storm Ana. I called Shoretrips and over the phone they switched everything so we could still get to all our excursions even though the port days were changed. A while later, the ship changed back the itinerary to the original itinerary, so I had to call Shoretrips again. Both times, Shoretrips was so wonderful over the phone, and all our excursions went without a hitch. Much easier than the long lines we had to wait in onboard ship to change the 2 excursions we had booked with them.
Here are our reviews: We were met at the pier as instructed. Once on our way, our driver was very nice and took us to the site where we would snorkel at Champagne. It was a great drive and we got to see lots of aspects of the island. Once we arrived, our guide issued our snorkel equipment, which was some of the best we've had in comparison to many excursions we've been on in the past. There were not many people at this site, so it was like we had the whole area to ourselves. The reef area, snorkeling, and everything we saw as far as marine life was amazing. Our guide showed us how the bubbles float up from the heated vents in the bottom of the area and swam down with each one of us so we could get a closer look. Although snorkeling through the 'champagne' is the main attraction, we found the marine life to be the most exciting. We are all excellent swimmers, so we pretty much had free reign of the area to snorkel and swim as much as we wanted with no real restrictions other than to stay in the designated area, which was very large. She showed us sea horses, seas cucumbers, and other marine life to assure we saw as much as possible. The place was teeming with all sorts of fish, schools of squid, and many other fish. It was an excellent snorkel trip. Thank you ShoreTrips.

Absolutely AWESOME ---- well selected --- efficient and perfect in every way. It was easy to find the taxi and we were personally escorted to the ocean and accompanied by a personal snorkeler. This snorkel adventure was among our best ever. The Champagne Reef is wonderful. We encountered every variety of parrot fish on our laminated fish identification card along with lobsters, three different kinds of eels, scorpion fish, puffer fish, trunk fish, wrasses, sergeant majors, lizard fish, and many many more. We had the snorkel guide, Diana, all to ourselves; and she was pleasant, patient and informative. In her words, "when I watch peoples' reactions, I realize what a special place this is."

We had a terrific time! The land portion of the trip was very nice, the accomodations were great, we met some really nice couples, enjoyed the bus and train and got to see alot on our tour into Denali. Things went perfectly and we were very pleased with our selection of ShoreTrips on the cruise. Your recommendations were tops! We ended up having a private tour and hike in Skagway with a charming and knowledgeable Irishman. In Juneau the helicopter ride was excellent, the weather beautiful and the scerery breathtaking. I got to sit in front so I took some gorgeous pictures. In Ketchican we had a delightful time with our guide in her 55 Chevy. She remembers you and said to be sure to greet you. Our flights were smooth both ways and we made all our connections...the one in Denver coming home. It was a MOST wonderful vacation.....and we can't thank you enough!

We had a wonderful experience. Our guide did an absolutely fantastic job. He and his driver were very organized in taking us to more places than I ever dreamed we would get to in four hours. His driver really new how to get around the City well and in a timely manner. He was very interested in doing his best to accommodate our requests. He is so knowledgeable about all the sites. He has a great personality for what he does and is very interesting to listen to. If we are able to return to Barcelona in the future I will definitely be requesting him for our guide and the same driver. Both of these gentlemen were a pleasure to be with. We came off the ship earlier that our meeting time and both our guide and our driver were there waiting for us at that time.

Well, it was a very busy vacation to say the least. Sometimes due to weather and other uncontrollable situations the best intensions don't always happen.
We had a nice time in St.Thomas and our tour guide Mr. Gumbs was very informative about the island. And our Blackbeard's Castle historian was very good. He knew a lot also.
Reasonable value for this tour.
Our next tour was in Antigua. I can't remember our tour guide's name.
The beach was not near as nice as the picture showed. The beach was not well maintained. There was very little to do there and the surf was really strong. I expected a calm beach to wade in like in the advertisement but it wasn't even close to calm.
I don't think it was the best value for the money and wouldn't book it again.
The next was in St.Kitts. We almost didn't make it into port. The current was so strong we had to go back out to sea for an hour or so then try to come back into port to dock with the help of a tug pushing us in. The weather was not very favourable so we drove around in the rain for about an hour then told our driver to take us back to the peir.
The biggest problem was the SUV It was way too small. My husband is pretty big so he sat in the front seat and me and the kids sat in the back. We were knee to knee, elbow to elbow, shoulder to shoulder. Our driver was very nice and the island for what we seen was nice and clean.
I wouldn't take this excursion again either. The vehicle was definitely too small for 4 adults.
The last excursion we booked was San Juan, Puerto Rico with air transfer.
Our driver was excellent. He took us through Old San Juan and New San Juan.
He drove us through places all over the entire island and was absolutley fabulous.
It was a great pleasure to have him as our guide. I wish I could remember his name, but I can't think of it.
So overall 2 out of 4 excursion were good.

Natalia (our guide) was excellent! He met us with a smile, and left us with big hugs! We were one of the first people at Pisa, so nice to see it without hoards of people. We left as all the tour busses came, priceless! He too, was so knowledgeable everywhere we went! And he told us facts with such passion, it made all the difference. Florence and the surrounding area was beautiful! He took us to a beautiful spot way on top of a gorgeous neighboorhood. Those pictures will be amazing! The whole town, the Arno river, so great! We walked thru many downtown areas, and the main square had the best gelato ever. Then we asked him to take us to a local restaurant away from all the tourists. He made a phone call, drove us there, table waiting, we felt like royalty! We all decided no museum, we wanted to see the Tuscan country! Oh my Gosh! He took us to a beautiful area, we were in awe! The whole trip was perfect! It was interesting, fun, exciting, and such a nice pace. It felt like we were there much longer. Having the private tours made all the difference. We did and saw so much more.. and it was just us! We loved it! Diane (my client) said it was the best vacation she ever took! It was so magical for me... If this was my only one time to visit... I feel truely blessed! WE LOVE YOU ALL!!!!! The best way to show our appreciation will be to share our fantastic trip with all our clients.. and give back to you as much business as possible!!

I had the chance to take the Classic Car tour ride in Skagway Alaska and it was incredible. The cars were great. I rode in the 40's Caddy it was a real classic. In Skagway, you have to experience the White Pass--it was breathtaking--especially in the old cars. The drive made me feel like was an upper-class pioneer seeing the wilderness beauty in style. And you must get up to see the Skagway overlook to fully grasp Skagway as a town with all its richness. We pulled over up there and it just unimaginable to have this little town just as long as the airport runway and seemingly only 4 blocks wide nestled into towering white and rocky cliffs. You could just picture all the coal smoke, muddy roads, carriages and sled dogs walking the streets that are reminiscent of the Klondike era.
This tour gives you the feeling of stepping into a Jack London novel, as you get to experience what most tourists never see. I believe it was the Chilkoot trail that took us back to view the old Klondike trails and to see the fjords.
The drivers were knowledgable and gave great service and historical storytelling. I loved going on this tour! It's the only way to see Skagway in style!

Cozumel was my favorite stop on our cruise. The shoretrip was great. The area where we went to snorkel and kayak was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. My daughter was scared of sharks and thus very nervous about snorkeling. I asked the guide if she could stay near him, as I knew that would make her more comfortable. He stayed connected to her the entire time by rope, and she was able to relax and have a great time. This actually resulted in more fun and relaxation for my entire family. Unfortunately,I can not remember the name of the specific guide, but I believe that I noted his name on a survey we completed at the resort bar. I also gave him an extra tip.

The guide was super, walking us through all we needed to know, and making sure we were always safe and in the best spots to see the most fantastic things. Breath-taking while being totally relaxed and secure. Way cool!! I lagged behind at the end because I didn't want to stop!But then I knew the scrumptious lunch of fresh grouper was waiting my husband and I were. We will return!

Our shore trip to Playa Uvas was excellent! Our ship arrived late to port and further from Playa Uvas than expected, so I was a bit worried about
booking this over the internet. BUT when we arrived at the beach everything was just fine and we were extremely well taken care of. Our guide had a great attitude and away of handling everything made our 1st time snorkeling something we will never forget. Snorkeling was a blast! Then to top it off, we enjoyed a few of the all inclusive margaritas and cold bears along with fajitas and all the sides while comfortably kicking back under the shaded patio on the beach made it very hard to jump in a waiting taxi in time to get back to the ship. This is something I would definitely do again and recommend to others!

This trip was one of my favorites. My family of six had our own guide through both tours. First, the cave tubing. Our guide was very personable and knowledgable about the city and history of Belize. He gave us interesting facts and answered all of our questions about Belize in our van trip to the caves. We got to our destination and our guide helped all of us get prepared and then "hooked" us all together with our arms and legs so we would go through the tour together. I thanked him for this because as a mother I would have worried where my kids would be while floating through the caves. The guide pulled or guided us through the caves and pointed out interesting formations. Another group (about 30 people) from the cruise were floating individually and no guide was there to explain the caves. We continued through the caves and down the river even further than the cruise floaters. If was very peaceful and relaxing. After the tubing, we harnessed up for ziplines. Safety was their main priority which was fine by me. Simple instructions were given and much help for each of us while we zipped on seven lines. Awesome! But please bring bugspray. Follow the ShoreTrips guide because whatever they say is the truth. Lunch with our guide was in a treehouse type outside restaurant. Food was delicious. The guide was fantastic through the whole trip and we tipped him well because of it. We made it back in time to board the boat.

We actually booked four excursions through you and we had a wonderful time. We booked the Zip Line and Cave Tubing Combo. My only complaint about this tour is that it is an hour drive from the pier to the zip line and cave tubing. Our guide picked us up and drove us to the zip line where we were the first group of the day. There were six different sections and it was a lot of fun. After we finished the zip line, our guide took us down the road to begin the cave tubing. It was only my husband and I in our group, which was so much more personalized then the other groups we saw. It took us less time to complete this excursion due to the fact that we didn't have to wait on several people. After we completed the cave tubing, we were taken for lunch at a local restaurant. The rice was really good. The chicken was good too. After we finished lunch, we were taken back to the pier for some shopping.

Just wanted to let you all know we were impressed with your company. Our guide was great. He kept us ahead of the larger groups allowing us to have time for the tubing and the ziplining. Many of those who booked through the cruise didn’t have time to zipline because of the long lines that they had to suffer through. We enjoyed the cave tubing (a once in a lifetime experience) but ziplining was exhilarating! It was much better than expected and extremely safe. We can not recommend this tour enough. The men that operated the ziplining were friendly and patient as well as very concerned for our safety. The jungle is beautiful from atop--A highlight of our New Year cruise vacation! The Cave Tubing/Zip line Combo was the perfect adventure. The tour guide
service was very easy to located, once we disembarked from The Carnival Legend. Our Tour guide was great. As the larger groups of 40 or more past our private group of 12. Our guide explained and showed us many of the
topical plants, fruits, Bats, Mayan carvings, ect... Our group consisted of of
children 9 and up and a few woman who were afraid of heights. After the Zip Lining they all said they were glad they did it.The chiken/rice for lunch
was a great way to end the day. I highly reccomend this excursion.

Shoretrips made the excursion to the Al Tun Ha ruins and cave tubing easy and fun. The Shoretrips personnel met us within short walking distance of the dock and made us feel at ease immediately. We had 8 people in our group (4 adults & 4 teenage boys,)& everyone thought the cave tubing was awesome!! The boys even enjoyed the ruins. Our excursion was enhanced by the knowledge of our guide. He was able to discuss the past & present cultures, plants, animals, rock formations, and even the religious beliefs and superstitions of his island interestingly. His sense of humor and ability to answer every question we rifled at him made the trip and the van ride enjoyable. There was never a dull moment. I would definitely book through Shoretrips and ask for the same guide the next time we visit Belize

I'm writing to let you know we had a wonderful time recently on all the ShoreTrips excursions that our group of 6 went on in Alaska...and we tried a lot of them...i.e. Whale watching, Zip lining, Panning for Gold and Salmon bake, Bus tours at each of the ports, Glacier tour, etc. Every one of them was excellent. Very small and intimate, educational, and well planned out. Our most favorite was when tour guide Tim took us out Whale watching...looking desperately for whales, bear, etc. and finally he was able to find several sea otters and then a bunch of whales that were blowing and breeching. Oh what a sight. We all said that excursion alone made the whole 13 trip day trip worthwhile. Thanks ShoreTrips for making this a once in a lifetime trip for all of us.

What a Shore-trip! So un"belizeable"! I now "belize" it! Our tour guide was very infomative and funny tour guide. We were met at the pier as promised and then led by a short walk to our waiting mini tour vans. We were a group of 13. We drove about an hour to the cave tubing and zip line park. We were very nervous about doing such adventurous things but what an experience that was! So awesome. The zip line was better than even imagined and the tubing so cool and refreshing. The scenery was really beautiful and will be remembered as a highlight on our cruise. I would never hesitate to use ShoreTrips again and was very pleased with the service and knowledge. Again, we loved our tour guide and wish him and family well.

We thoroughly enjoyed both segments of the tour. The boat was clean and was a comfortable size. The crew was excellent and we saw a lot of whales, sea otters and eagles. We were able to get close to the whales enabling us to get many great pictures. The Mendenhall portion was simply dropping us off at the Glacier and coming back to pick us up. We enjoyed it because we could take in the sites and visitor center at our own pace.

Our first (and definitely our favorite) from Juneau (Sunday, June 27) was the whale watching and Mendenhall Glacier tour. The crew of the whale watching boat were absolutely fabulous. We have told many about our experience and no one can believe the number of whales we were able to see. We believe this was due to the expert navigation of the boat, and the forewarning of his assistants as the whales were ready to surface. We have wonderful pictures to prove our stories to be true. We also felt extremely lucky to be on a boat of about 20 patrons as we watched a neighboring pontoon style boat with over a hundred people try to juggle for rail space to see the whales. Whether we were on top deck, inside, or on the back deck, we all had wonderful viewing points.

Our whale watching and glacier experience through ShoreTrips was fabulous! We saw more whales and sea life then I ever imagined possible and the weather was beautiful. The 3 gentlemen on the boat were very knowledgeable guides made the whale excursion very memorable, and they are funny guys. The naturalist answered questions and kept us entertained, and the time passed so quickly. I would do it again. The one who owned the boat actually talked to my husband and I and had bought one of his first boats form a police Sgt. here in Tukwila where we are from so we had a connection and repore with him, To our surprise they even had a snack for us on the boat before we left and that was a welcome surprise as we had not eaten lunch before we left our ship. In the Eco office before we left, the gentleman told us how to be safe and have a good time and gave us the map to follow where we were and where we were going, and was a very friendly and happy soul. We would use ShoreTrips again when taking a cruise. If I am not mistaken, I believe we used ShoreTrips when we went on our cruise tot he W/. Caribbean and were quite happy with those excursions as well. You come highly recommended by Della from plantogotravel and we trust her judgment when it comes to making arrangements for our excursions, so on behalf of my husband and I, we would like to say thank you for a wonderful and pleasant experience.

We traveled to Juneau where we went on a tour to see whales and view Mendenhall Glacier. We saw several humpback whales and Stellar sea lions. Mendenhall Glacier was "on our own" but we were lucky and got a little bonus there. After looking at the glacier, we took a short walk on the nature trail overlook and discovered that a young black bear had taken residence in the area and he was climbing in a tree and wandering around along the bank watching the salmon as we watched him safely on the overhead walkway. He is the only bear we saw on the trip, so we were extremely happy that he just happened to be there.

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time my clients had on their recent trip to Alaska. Mr. (name withheld) expressed that ShoreTrips was very personalized and very professional. Just a few highlights: Mr. and Mrs.(name withheld) confirmed on the Combo Tour: Whale Watching and Mendenhall Glacier tour in Juneau. Mr.(name withheld) described the tour as “tremendous”. He said they saw about 14 whales on the tour, some breaching very close to their boat. He said it was so nice to be on a smaller boat and be able walk around the boat to see the whales without so many others. They were also confirmed on the Best Boat Excursion to the Silver Bay Hatchery. Mr.(name withheld) raved of this tour! He said their guide was a local Indian who grew up in the area. On the way to the Hatchery they had gone past the reservation where he’d grown up and gave them a lot of history of the area and he had also worked in the Hatchery during the summers when he was younger. He mentioned that he had seen the Holland America tour as well and there were maybe 5-6 boats along the river and mentioned how nice it was to be on a private tour. Our trip to Coral World was great. We were there early in the day so it was not crowded, and we had very beautiful weather. Our favorite part had to be the Lorakeets. We had a great time feeding the birds and they seemed very happy to sit on our hands and arms, and sip their fruit juice. Of course, we had to feed them more than once. We enjoyed the touching tank, feeding the stingrays, watching the turtles and the sharks. They also had a great gift shoppe with things we did not see in other places. We would do this again!

We have nothing but good things to say about our trip. We had an absolute blast during our peaceful day at the beach. Everything from finding the taxi to arriving at the resort was completely worry free. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow allowing for a stress free day. We easily got our moneys worth with the all inclusive package including delicious food and beverages. The remainder of the day was pure relaxation at the beautiful beach. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to give our opinion of the trip. We had a wonderful time with the Greenway tour and the staff provided. There was a driver and a guide. Sorry I didn't write names down and have forgotten. They were early for pick-up, very neat, courteous and very, very helpful. When I had a question, it was usually answered with a colorful book on the subject. Travel to and from did not take very long and the van clean and comfortable. The zip line event itself was awesome. The whole process, from putting on the safety equipment to the first "training" run, was explained in full to everyone so there really wasn't any need for questions or concerns. At least one in our party was a little worried about the heights and equipment meant to keep her safe but she quickly settled down and I believe, enjoyed herself like the rest of us.
My wife and I have done a lot of "things" while cruising and visiting other countries but we normally decide we've done that so no need to repeat. We look forward to our next adventure on a zip line. That's how much fun we had. And we were a small enough party that we moved along at a very good pace.
In closing, this is the second time over the past 14 months we've used ShoreTrips for side trips and have thoroughly enjoyed both. We make sure to spread the word about your company and the great times we've had using you. You've set up a class operation and we look forward to our next adventure with ShoreTrips.

Our family of 6, ages 44,40, 20,15,14 & 10 went on the 3 stop snorkel with the shark reef in Nassau! Our family voted this excursions to be number one in our books! There were many sharks in the area. We saw many different types of tropical fish in the other locations! The pick up location was easy to find! The ladies in the store were very helpful! The staff members on the boat knew details about the area, helpful and very entertaining! As travel agents we highly recommend this exciting excursion!

My name is Kyleen Bontrager and I am the daughter of Brenda and Patrick. We recently took a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas and while there we went snorkling. Mom said you had asked for a review of the facility and program. Overall, my opinion is very good. After about 15 minutes the van drivers worked out what everyone was going to do and we were off. The site was on the other side of the island from where Royal Caribbean docks and we had to pick up other passengers along the way. This was ok because we got to see some more of Nassau. The way we started off, I was worried this was going to be a shady operation, but when we got to the facilities I was plesantly surprised. The place was operating like a well oiled machine. They had boats and staff all ready for the various activities (snorkling, scuba diving, etc.). We went in and paid, they told us where to go, and we were on the boat ready to go. We didn't wait hardly at all. All the snorkling gear was on the boat. We had four staff workers on our boat helping us and giving us instructions. We went to three different dive sites. The first spot was 15 ft. deep. They threw out fish food and we were literally surrounded by tropical fish. Three of the workers were in the water with us. They would have food to attrack the fish and they would swim the parimeter to keep all the snorklers in a safe range.
Our second stop was the large coral reefs. This was very beautiful. They briefly told us not to touch the coral, but some snorklers kicked it with their fins. Being from FL I have been ingrained to NEVER touch coral, but they did not put a lot of emphasis on this. I would have hoped that they would have given the snorklers more education into coral reefs and their importance. The last dive was to see sharks. We were in more open water and had to hold on to a rope. The bait box was down around 15 ft. to keep the sharks down there. It was very impressive to see. The workers were in the water with us. So that made me feel safe. After we were back on board, the worker threw out the rest of the bait and the sharks were slashing around at the top of the water near the boat. It was very neat to see. Once we got back, we had only a little time to go to the bathroom and clean up. There was hardly any wait time, which was nice because we were hot, sticky, and salty from our excursion. We were one of the first to be dropped off. I thought the excursion was very good. There were no long waits, the staff was extremely confident and experienced, and the dive sites were varied and exclusive (there were no other diving companies at any of the sites). I would definitely recommend this 3-stop snorkeling trip. I hope this helps your other customers. Thank you for all your help. Our vacation was wonderful!!!!

We just got back from Alaska and wanted to tell you about our Backcountry trip in Denali...IT WAS AMAZING....you do NOT have a good enough description of it on your website. We got FRESH cookies both on the way there and back, along with water, pop, coffee, and tea...also they had peanuts, crackers and all sorts of snacks! When we got to the lodge we had an opportunity to pan for gold, watch a McKinley video, go hiking in the area or just relax after lunch. They also gave anyone the opportunity to fly back for $195 each...2 of us took that. We saw tons of wildlife and got great pictures, of course it was a sunny day so the mountain was OUTSTANDING! Just thought I would let you know how happy everyone was (long ride - but great) AND also some of our party took a hike and float trip thru you out of Skagway, and compared to the Princess (same exact trip) your trip was MUCH better; snacks, better guide, etc. GOOD....wonderful guides and a beautiful location...it was GREAT!...just to let you know! The scenery was absolutely fantastic, the vista was consistently exceptional and we had lots of opportunities for great photo ops. The lunch that was also provided at the trading post was delicious. This little excursion really made our trip memorable!

The trip was really excellent. Our guide was real in depth on the knowledge of the area & gold rush history. The weather was really exceptional that day and it made the incredible scenery all the more beautiful. We had done the WP&YR train before and I was intrigued by the area up there so I wanted to see more and we got it. I highly recommend this tour as it has gorgeous scenery and gives you a taste of the Yukon as a bonus. It worked quite well for my 82 year old mom as she is limited in mobility and was able to participate. Our guide was very good with my mom also making sure she had a chance to see everything and helping her along the way.

Five of us went on the "Discovery of Christian Ephesus". I cannot begin to tell you how enjoyable this tour was. Our guide was extremely knowledgable. He also knew how to arrange our tour. The ship's tour buses went to the House of the Virgin Mary first. Therefore Denis took us to the Basilica of St. John first. We were the only people there throughout our entire tour. As we were leaving another tour bus showed up. It was as if those ruins were soley for our viewing. Ephesus was magnificent and again our guide was a wealth of knowledge. The food at our lunchstop was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better tour and guide. It was so pleasant not being with a large crowd trying to see and hear. We would cetainly recommend this tour to everyone.

The Dolphin, Manatee, and Sea Lion Extravaganza at Isla Mujeres was one of the best excurisions we have taken. Although the voucher says to arrive there thirty minutes prior, we called to confirmed and they told us to be there at 8:30 am for the ferry ride. We spent quality time with all the animals, especially the dolphins. It was educational and lots of fun. We spent the entire day at the facility. I would HIGHLY recommend this excursion.

I am delighted to report on my recent tour w/the wild dolphins in PVR. The two young ladies who ran the trip were completely and totally in love with what they do - monitor and protect their families of dolphins. It reflected in everything they did, and it made the trip truly enjoyable. I cannot express loudly and jubilantly enough how amazing this trip was for me. The guides were as excited and thrilled as we were to get in the water to play with the right dolphins. On our little panga, there were 6 other participants. I found that one couple, from Mexico, work for a friend of mine in PVR. As it turns out, I made some amazing friends on this 3 hour trip in addition to my wonderful dolphin experience, too.

guide did as we ask and gave us the support we needed for snorkling, driving the vehicle, etc. The booking process with Shoretrips was exceptional. I did a last minute booking not realizing the process and the gentleman on the other end of the phone was very helpful and made the booking for us in one day knowing I needed the printed vouchers and would not have access to a printer starting the next day. It was nice to be able to reach someone by phone after making the online reservation and being put at ease that everything was being taken care of. They also work until late into the evening and can be reached by phone which is another plus. I feel very comfortable recommending ShoreTrips.

This was an awesome excursion!! The whole trip from start to finish was absolutely perfect. We loved exploring Consumel via dune buggy and would highly recommend it again. The dune buggy was fully packed with drinks and our guide was attentive or our every need. Snorkeling was gorgeous, the ruins were very cool. We then stopped for lunch on a gorgeous secluded beach where our guide whipped up an amazing lunch from scratch. We then stopped by the tequila factory for a quick tasting before heading back. Perfect in every way.

My wife and I visited Cozumel on the Carnival Miracle. When I say my wife and I had a blast, I am really understating the fun we had! Our guide met us a little earler then we were scheduled, which we liked right away! The Dune Buggy was soooo cool. The cooler was full of soda, water and BEER! We first drove out of town, (by the way...you do NOT just stay in 1st gear!!! :) ) to a small beach to do snorkeling. My wife and I have snorkeled many times in the Carribbean, but, thanks to our guide this was the most fun! (Ever held a sea urchin??) Next we visited a little town for some "culture", where we got to hold a very large lizard. Fun! Next was lunch. Homemade, in a little shack by the beach! Not only was the food great, but the spot was just FUN. After lunch we had the option of visiting the Tequila Factory. WOW! That was very cool, and our group loved the free samples! All I can say was my wife was MUCH more relaxed heading back to the ship!!! We are so glad we did this from Shoretrips! We had a small group, 7 people. We all had seperate buggys, and the drinks! I spoke with some people that booked a similar excursion on the ship, and they had a big group, very generic ride, and no BEER! Great job, Shoretrips! We will continue to book ALL of our excursions with you guys!!

This was the highlight of our trip - At first we were leary of this because of the location where you meet and register for the trip (but I think that has alot to do with when you first get off the ships, but that feeling left as soon as we hopped in the buggies and off we went 1st stop the snorkel area - we chose not to snorkel but walked along this area and played in the pools and discovered the marine life - back in the buggies and we went to an area where a festival was about to begin and we say the ruins and the first catholic church and were able to look at some of the displays for the festival back in the buggies and we were off along the water and then to the spot for lunch and swimming - good food, drink and swimming. From there we went to the tequila factory (some of the other people didn't want to go there so the guide at the end of the buggies took them back to town) We went thru the factory's displays tasted the different tequila's and bought some too. Then we asked our guide about a sign we saw for Mexican blankets - he took us to a little shop in the middle of no where and we made some purchases. This was great and considering 5 of the 9 of us were 26 and under and they are still talking about this trip. I have a new out look on Mexico and can't wait to go back to Cozumel for a week.

This was the highlight of our honeymoon cruise! I have recommended the excursion (and ShoreTrips) to my friends who are getting married in December. The tour operator is one block from the outdoor mall and was an easy ($6) taxi drivefrom port. My wife and I had our own dune buggy, there was one other couple who had their own dune buggy, and the tour guide and his friend/chef who were in another dune buggy. The buggy was awesome to drive on the bumpy trail through the jungle, while doing donuts on the beach, and even through town on our way to the trail. The trip was great. It was only four couples that went. The trip was worth the price. We didn't have a problem finding the tour. We came in on the pier that was further away, but the cabs were cheap, and our cab driver found it for us. We shortened the tour a little bit, because the wives wanted to shop a little in Cozumel, but we still had a great time and would do it again.

The trip was very nice. We had 3 dune buggies and the guide was unreal. He took us all over the island. We saw everything. He also took us to a local restaurant which had great food. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. He made sure we got to do everything that we wanted to do as well as see the areas of the island that we were interested in. We traveled at our pace. We were never hurried. Quite frankly my whole family agrees that this was the best excursion that we have ever taken. We have taken other trips from your company and were always very pleased with the results but I must say this trip was the tops. You can rest assured when we return to St. Maarten we will be doing this excursion again.

We had an awesome time in Jamaica! Our taxi driver picked us up and took us to the horse ranch. We had the most hilarious guides who took us out on the horses down to the beautiful beach. They showed us herbs growing in the wild and beautiful flowers along the way. Everyone at the ranch was excellent! We got great pictures on our horses while we rode thru the water. Everybody there made sure we had a great time. Then our taxi driver picked us up on time and, per our request, swung us by a popular jerk hut where we got the best bbq chicken ever! (the place he took us we recently saw on the travel channel! It was that good!!) Then he took us to dunns river, which we climbed, got great souveniers, and then took us back to the boat!( It was a full day excursion). It was one of the best days out on our whole cruise! Highly recommend!

My wife and I were met at the pier and brought to Dunns River Falls. It is a beautiful site to enjoy. We then went river tubing down a refreshing mountain river. Our guide was a real gentlemen and informed us, as we made our way thru the winding, mountainous streaming river. It was just my wife, myself and our driver in a van touring the island, it was the way it should be. As a cruise consultant, this was my first experience with ShoreTrips and I was impressed. Eagle Preserve raft trip: This was a great shore trip. The owners definitely went the "extra mile" in making sure we were satisfied. We got personalized attention, and were able to do things that the larger rafting companies did not. For example, the owners had a spotting scope set up where we got out of the raft to view mountain goats, had a very nice snack waiting for us. Our driver was absolutely wonderful...she drove us through part of the park in an effort to see bears, and although we didn't, we did see some beautiful scenery which was not part of the trip. We definitely will recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Alaska.

The raft trip in the eagle preserve was a treat because it also was family owned and operated. They have a local resident as one of the guides so they have permission to use a portion of the river the large companies have to stay away from. It was nice not being part of the large group of rafters used by the cruise lines. Our guide was a lot of fun. Very relaxed, young and full of stories. We were even able to float by his village. He spotted eagles for us we would never have noticed. Once we came ashore, they had snacks, hot chocolate and a high powered scope for us to look through so we could spot mountain goats on the side of the mountain. My husband so enjoyed the trip he would have liked another hour on the raft.

We saw salt water crocodiles, a sea turtle and several large star fish. The fish were abundant and so was the coral. The ruins, while small, were great to see and learn about. The kids took knowledge back to school that they learned along the way.

I do want to tell you how much we enjoyed our second tour with Shoretrips, during our cruise on this tour and visited the amazing island of St. John, with included taxi and ferry transportation. We were met promptly at the pier by our St. Thomas taxi driver, and delivered to the ferry terminal, as promised. After leaving the ferry, we were met by our St. John guide. He was a very well-educated gentleman, and an extremely friendly and talkative guide. My husband and our two adult daughters accompanied me on the tour, so our guide tailored the tour to our interests. One daughter wanted to know all about the botanical aspects of the various local flora. He was very well informed about the medicinal and spa qualities of all plant life;so he kept her excited throughout the tour! We also saw many interesting places during our sightseeing. We visited the National Park, stopping at various viewpoints. We didn't have time to drive to the Plantation, but saw some equally interesting ruins at another location. Our guide always told us of various cultural and historical facts as we traveled along the way. On our last stop we all snorkeled from their lovely beach along the underwater trail. A man was waiting at that location to see that each of us was given good snorkeling gear. We spent some wonderful quality time here, before heading back to the ferry. I would encourage anyone interested in seeing life on a beautiful island to try this excursion. I know the shopping is famous on St. Thomas; but for people wanting to extend their knowledge of local island life, this is the way to go!

We really enjoyed all of our shoretrips. We would of liked more time at Trunk
Bay but we really enjoyed it. Our guide did a wonderful job on the tour and
everything went as planned. The extreme powerboat adventure was wonderful,
The two captains were funny and informative. We enjoyed the shore lunch as
well as the snorkeling at the Pillars of Hercules and the tour of Nelson's
boatyard. This was a great adventure. In Puerto Rico we did the Bio Bay trip
and had a great time. I didn't like the fact that a powerboat comes through
the mangroves. It freaked my wife and daughter out. I wouldn't hesitate to use shoretrips again. We really liked the small group feel and the knowledgeable guides.

My husband and I booked a ruins tour with ShoreTrips; our cruise ship schedule meant a tight timetable for us. But our ShoreTrips guide made sure we stayed on schedule and met all of our transportation connections. He met us on shore in Cozumel, helped us get to Playa and to our van, and we had a terrific tour of the ruins. He even brought us cold bottled water to drink. We loved the fact that we could go at our pace to see everything, and not get stuck in big groups and lines. Our native guide knew so much about the history of the Mayan people and their culture. We were even shown pieces of ancient pottery and obsidian that our guide found as we walked along. The van ride to and from Playa was like a mini history lesson, which my husband and I both enjoyed. Everything went smoothly and we would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks!

I am answering your request for all six of us that went on the excursion while on our cruise in Mexico. The resort was fabulous, the beach was beautiful and the pool spectacular. The staff was polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We thought that we would enjoy flying down next time and being able to spend a little more time there.

What a great tour and the guide/driver was great. The driver/guide asked us what we wanted to see and said as it was a private tour he would try and accommodate what we wanted to see or do. I'd love to give my feedback on our walking tour of Barcelona because it was absolutely perfect. Our guide was marvelous. Although the day was crowded with revelers for St. George's day, he kept us free of the crowds. He hit all the hot spots yet was sensitive to our desires. His knowledge of the taxi system and the metro assured that we got from place to place when walking would not suffice. He would change his plans in an instant if we desired. I cannot praise him or shoretrips.com enough. Ship excursions that day did not fare well: a marathon planned for that day mired down the buses so badly that excursioners wound up walking and missing most of their stops. The three of us saw everything we wanted to see and more!

This was one of my Alaskan highlights!! We had a wonderful time with our guides. They met us on time, they supplied us with plenty of water and even made homemade Snickerdoodles (delicious). My husband and the other two gentlemen are avid fishermen. I, on the other hand, am not. I had a great time!!! They made sure that we always had bait and assistance, if needed. I caught 7 halibut and reeled each up from 200 feet of water! However, I was out-fished by the men as they caught over 10 each. Our guides made the arrangements for our fish to be shipped home and it arrived just as promised. This was a fantastic trip and Icy Strait was a perfect place for a fishing excursion!!

We arrived at the taxi area and had no trouble taking a taxi to the fishing boat. Everyone knew our Captain, so we had no problems finding him. When we arrived at the dock he was on the boat waiting for us. The taxi driver introduced us and we got on our way. He was very nice and professional. We enjoyed this excursion because it allowed us to be by ourselves away from the large crowds from the cruise ship. My boys are 8 and 5 1/2. My oldest son was the first to catch a fish. We waited the rest of the morning and no other fish bit. We listened on the radio and found out that 10 fishing boats had gone out that morning and my son was the only one to catch a fish. The Captain was very good and I would recommend him to anyone. We appreciate your help in making the arrangements. We will definitely consider using you again when we take another cruise.

We just got back from our Cruise Tour to Alaska and I am reminiscing about what a great trip it was. So I needed to write and tell you how much we appreciated the ShoreTrips that we had from Shoretrips.com. In Ketchican we took the Otter trip to the Misty Fjords. I was so impressed with the aircraft and the pilot's abilities. He was able to show interesting and gorgeous scenery for both sides of the airplane without any turns that made us feel we were on a fun zone ride. The beauty of the fjords is not describable and pictures don't do it justice. It was well worth the cost.

The trip to the Glacier out of Juneau on dog sleds was remarkable. I am not really a sappy person, but my eyes watered as I was overwhelmed by the beauty. The dogs were fabulous and the trip was something out of a movie. You know that movie Eight Below? The last minute Misty Fiords sightseeing on a float plane was spectacular. We did the executive tour and ended up with the owner in his Cesna Float plane that holds four total people. We were amazed by the beauty. When we landed on a lake we saw a Grizzly Bear and her THREE cubs munching on grass at the shore, maybe 10 yards away. WOW!! Thanks for helping us out in a pinch and setting this up last minute. Thanks for your great help!! I will always use your company from now on.

I want to let you know what a fantastic time we had on the excursion we booked through you for our visit to Alaska. The Misty Fjords Executive Sightseeing tour was everything we hoped for and MORE! We had such a good time and it was just an incredible experience. Our pilot was so wonderfully conscious of everyone’s comfort-he was fantastic. There were 4 people on the tour and it was great. The scenery was breathtaking, the commentary was extremely informative, and he went out of the way to assure that we saw wildlife. It was an incredible experience-if you are going to Alaska and want to do more than hit the shops, this is a must do event.
Luke even had music playing through the headphones we wore that was just perfect for a scenic flight like this. We’ve told EVERYONE about it-when we returned to the ship and told folks what we did they were envious. I would definitely do it again. Thank you for setting this up for us! The tour is amazing!

The Misty Fjord's ShoreTrip was outstanding!! The price was worth it, the pilot was great, and the plane was super. We had no problems finding the guide. This was a triple AAA experience!! We would all do it again.
Thanks for your help. In the future we will use ShoreTrips for all the excursions instead of just this one. Our salmon bake from the ship was terrible!!

There were two things that made our ShoreTrip special: We did not have to see nature with 500+ of our closest shipmates and the guides who lead the excursions were terrific.
